Garlic

Well - it's that time of year to plant garlic.  I just love harvesting garlic in the summer.  My local gardening store, Anderson's Seed and Garden, has this information sheet (pdf) on garlic that is a good resource.  It reviews the four types of garlic and gives great instruction on how to grow and care for garlic.
